I lived in Rawyards from 1944 until I married in 1965. I attended St Margaret's Primary and then St Mary's High School, Whifflet from 1957 to 1960. I emigrated to Australia in 1983. I would like to try and trace any school friends that may remember me and in particular Catherine Greenaway who lived at Gartlea.

Lived at Easter Moffat golf club, then 19 Mill st. near the gas works in Airdrie..what happened to Mill st ? worked at Moffat paper mills,1958--till it became a brewery ,,was in the 3rd airdrie scouts when they closed, do you know Bobby Walker, Jim McKay, Tommy Harper. Ian Wishart, Frank Conner, Jamer Cunningham, or any body else who knows me. Would love to hear from you.

I was born in Greengairs in1935 and moved to Airdrie when I was one. I lived in Faskine Avenue Cairnhill for 32 years. I attended Alexandra Primary School then Airdrie Academy. My maiden name was Webster. If anyone remembers me would love to hear from them.

I have a maternal great grandfather, William J Reynolds, who was married at Saint Margaret Airdrie on June 16, 1881. I wanted to know more about the place and places in New Monkland, Scotland. I will visit this site again. Thanks to all who make it possible.
